Our shipping and handling costs are figured by weight, dimensions and destination.

We will gladly inform you of costs before your order is finalized.  Minimum shipping and handling for the smallest of shelves is typically $18.00.

Shipping and handling for a larger shelf runs closer to $40.00.

These costs apply to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping outside of the 48 states will be additional.

Each of our shelves made to order so typical lead-time for our shelves is 5 to 6 weeks and is dependent upon the time of year. Holidays tend to be our most demanding times.

Currently we provide shipping through UPS and FedEx. A tracking number will be provided to you at the time of shipping.

Returns for standard sized items must be reported within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Returns for any reason must be shipped back to Ravenglass in its original condition and packing within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on refused or returned orders. 

Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

All shipments should be inspected immediately. All claims for damages must be made to UPS or FedEx within 5 days.  Please retain all packing material and boxes for shipper inspection.
